I have been a few times and, every time I go, I enjoy the vegan veggie burger! I never expected such a great option at a burger restaurant/bar but I keep returning for the great taste. My family also tried different meat options on the BYOB(build your own burger) menu and everyone was pleased. The onion rings, cheddar tots and sweet potato fries are all great sides.
I love the build your own burger option at this place. You can choose between like five or six different kinds of meat ( like Hereford beef, veggie burger, wagyu beef, bison), amd then you choose your cheese and your sauce and extra toppings and all that. It's a lot of fun. Drinks are good. Milkshakes are good. And there aren't usually many other people there, so service is always super quick!

My most recent visit I had great service (Tuesday night with Trivia), and conversation, by server Jaston. However I have experienced nights when there is a LONG wait for food to come out of the kitchen. Lunch time was never busy when I went though so service goes very smoothly.
One hour until we got our food, 45 minutes without seeing our waitress, multiple mistakes. "This is just how it rolls sometimes" from the manager. Nobody, manager nor waitress, ever apologized even once. Red Robin has this place beat all to hell. My burger was good.
I travel to Springfield from NY a few times each week. This has turned into my go to spot for lunch. The staff is wonderful and we always have friendly conversation when I’m there no matter who it is. To me this is a clear example they all love what they do. One visit the Manager even came up and apologized for me having to wait “longer than normal” for my food and offered a discount. I honestly did not even notice and refused it. Keep up the good work!
