Unorganized with super long wait. My appointment was at 10am I was there at 9 50 wasn't in the chair until 12 only after I said I was leaving they washed me and held me captive with a wet head for another hr
Great for natural hair. Extentions are 200$ + which isnt worth it. other local stylist only charge 70.
