First Joe is the greatest!! Always nice, extremely accommodating. I've rented cars many times and have NEVER had a problem. Variety of cars and is the cheapest rate in the area. Have and will recommend him to family and friends...
We needed a car on short notice because a brake line on ours blew. It was stressful because it happened on a Sunday and it's our only car that my wife and I to get to work. We called Infinity Auto Rental that evening and they had a car ready for us the next morning so we were both able to get to work. We originally reserved it for two days, not knowing how long repairs would take. Our car was fixed that day and we were able to return our rental the next morning and were credited the day we didn't use. We appreciated them accommodating us and helping get around no problem till our car was fixed. Also the price was really great which was nice since we were also paying to fix our car.
I wouldn't use them again. The car we rented was stained in the interior and stunk. It was also unsafe. The steering was not accurate when going around bends. The tie rods or ball joints were bad and the car would tilt and dangerously suddenly head in toward the inside of the turn. When I described it to the owner there was no apology, just an "I know what that is" and a strange confession that he can't keep the cars in working (safe) order. It was an old beater car that looked like it had seen quite a history and frankly wasn't worth the inexpensive rental price.
I rented a car for a week from this place and was completely satisfied. Joe gave me a nice comfortable car that rode great....and for the best price in town. Joe's a very accomodating guy who runs a nice business. Im certainly going to come back if I need a car again. Joe also offers the best prices around. When I initially shopped around , the prices of other places were ridiculous. Im urging everyone to go to Infinity Car Rental 52 Baldwin St West Springfield Ma if you re looking for a rental with a very reasonable price. Joe's the man. Tell him I sent you.....P.S. To Christopher Behrens who had nothing good to say about this place: I don't doubt that you 're experience with this place wasn't what you had hoped. But I urge you to try them again. I really think you'll have a change of heart. This guy Joe, the owner couldn't have been more friendly and was so accomodating. Whatever may have happened to you Chris in the past ,Im positive won't happen again. This guy's on the money. And let's assume all you said did happen.....remember that people can change.
