I thought this place was good. The staff is friendly and helpful...but my front tooth was hurting and I told the doctor she said don't worry about it we'll deal with that later and kept trying for me to get a root canal on my left side... I finally caved in and got it with a crown even though I didn't have the money. I went back and my front tooth has an infection that's been there for years and my tooth is slowly rotting away. So instead of getting a root canal on the tooth I actually want and need it on I'm out over $1,600 and I still feel pain from the root canal and when I asked the doctor she didn't seem to be worried about the pain. Just really irritating because if I knew I needed a root canal in the front tooth I would have got that done instead of the other so now I have to walk around toothless in the front if I don't want to feel the pain?? It's just messed up... Like I said if I knew I would have got the other tooth pulled and root canal on the front but they took all my money and don't care or try to help at all.. Extremely disappointed

Even if you are a new visitor, the staff will treat you as if they have known you for years! I have referred Dr. Dental to many of my closest friends and family members and they all love the exceptional dental service that is provided. Yasmeen is one of the techs there and she is AMAZING with children and very knowledgeable about all of the procedures that take place within the office, so all of your questions will be completely answered! Recently, I inquired about whitening my teeth and Yasmeen provided me with more than enough information to help me with my upcoming procedure. I love Dr. Dental and I will continue to be a loyal client/friend years to come.
Went to doctor dental a few months ago for a tooth extraction it went well didn't even need pain medication , recently went back for another .. about a few hours later I called because I was lots of pain and also I wanted a doctor note for work that night.. the receptionist told me the note would be ready and asked if the dentist prescribed any Tylenol three my answer was no ...I get there the The new receptionist says she's knows nothing about pain medication. The doctor was gone. So now it's Sunday,the extraction was Friday my face is swollen and I'm in a lot of pain ...every 3 hours taken three Tylenol 500 and still in pain..I won't be going back there.
If your in need of a new Dentist office, I suggest that you visit Dr.Dental at 800 Boston Rd Springfield,MA! The service is impeccable !!! :)
If i could put zero stars i would have, Waited almost an hr after my scheduled time for a cleaning only to recieve the worst cleaning ever, I timed it because last time seemed very fast and it took 4 minutes to complete, then was told i need a deep cleaning which costs 900 dollars, maybe if i went to a dentist that didnt rush for the last 6 years i wouldnt need a deep cleaning, find a real dentist this place is a joke!!!!!
Staff was friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend them. I would have given 5 stars if they had an oral surgeon there.
