I come to Staples all the time for my printer's, desktop computer and laptop's. Best place ever to get your tuneup on all. I also ship my packages there.
Service was excellent although they didn't have what I was looking for.
Purchased a laptop four months ago for five hundred dollars and the hard drive is already shot. Staples assumes no responsibility since it’s not within the fourteen day return policy. When I went there I had to deal with three different associates, and none of them did anything to help. Sold me a “brand new” computer that doesn’t even last six months and I can’t work.
I went to the print shop today to print some
programs for my daughters Quinceranera. All I have to say that they were all pleasant and very professional even with the mad rush they had at the time I walked in. I waited a while and there was some confusion on my part in the pricing I was given at a different store. They went above and beyond and took care of me especially in this very stressful time for me. Thank you so much!
Went to pick up a same day customized print order of return address labels. Never did this before. Went to customer service and said exactly what I was picking up. Associate could not find it, not even in the system. Called the number on the page I ordered from and got someone who had a very thick accent and couldn't understand. After many times clearly and slowly repeating information asked for she kept getting it wrong. I asked to be transfered to someone else and she would not transfer me. Hung up and called back. It was supposedly ready for pick up. Went back to service desk and received attitude from associate saying we don't pick it up there. Well, he could have said that sooner. Picked up product and left. In the car I took a peak and noticed my order was several hundred short. Went back in and they were printed, but the associate kept making mistakes and had to throw them away. The only plus is I received 240 extra labels. I will NEVER shop from staples again. This was supposed to be a pick up and go. Instead I spent an hour trying to pick up the product. I can't trust them to handle other custom print jobs.
