Had a great visit with Chris Gilrein. She was informative, patient and helpful. We had done quite a bit of looking for the perfect bedroom set, and were very happy to find it with Chris' help. We even upgraded to a king from a queen! So glad we stopped in to Raymour and Flanigan that day, and that we met with Chris!
I went in to purchase a mattress and 4 chairs. I was told they would take the old mattress. I paid an $85.00 delivery fee.(No free delivery was mentioned to me and I live a mile from the store) The day they delivered my husband put the mattress outside the door for them they walked right past it and didn't take it. After several phone calls and a few days later they came back and picked it up. One of the chairs they delivered had a screw showing were a plug fell off. I have to wait home again today for them to exchange the chair. Last year we bought a bedroom set and before that a couch and a leather recliner.

I thought thought Thomas Smith was both very helpful and very courteous. He was very knowledgeable also.
I'll think twice before I go there again.
