Showed up 3 minutes before advertised closing time and doors were locked! Just needed a box of screws. Otherwise it's typically a good place.
Why go to Home Depot or Lowes when there's your local Rocky's Hardware? I never feel overwhelmed or lost when I go to a Rocky's, everything in the store is well-categorized and laid out, they've got great prices and fantastic customer service. I'm a supporter or local/small businesses and I'm proud to say I support Rocky's as well :)
