If I could rate it no stars for lack of perfetional curtisy on managements part I would just for the fact that something that would mean so much to my wife and daughter will look silly to him.
Had to return a wedding band 3x. Finally just downgraded to a basic wedding band, go to pick it up, annoyed by the situation i take the ring an just go. Look at it when i get home am the band looks old an used. Still have the ring but only bc i really dnt wnna deal with them any more....
The lady I first spoke to to see if they can make a set of mother/ daughter earrings with both of their birth stones was very polite and curtiuos. She did her best to help but when she asked what looked like her manager if something like what I was looking for could be done he said it will look silly with only those two stones..
My and my fiance stopped by to look at engagement rings. We were approached immediately. The store helper named Linda was such a great help and very polite. She helped with every question we had and was honest with the answers not just trying to sell.. nice lady
