I really have no clue why anyone would give negative feedback on a walk in urgent clinic. They deal with crisis ALL DAY.
The absolute BEST place for any medical issue! The staff is remarkable and kind; from the receptionist to the nurses & doctor and the many people behind the scenes! I would suggest them to all looking for a pheneomenal medical team!
Apparently YOU complaining "horrible, horrible, horrible"...whiner. get off your high horse cause you don't know a damn about medical issues ....THEY DONT JUST GIVE EVERYONE URINE AND CT SCAN. HERE IS SOME STRAIGHT UP KNOWLEDGE or wait you want to call you pharmacist first ...
Less than one star this place is abominable. I had an 8:30 appointment and was the first person here and am hour and a half I am still not been seen by the doctor? There have been a number of people in and out already and non emergency issues. If I wanted to waste time I would've gone to the ER at BayState hospital. Avoid using this place at all!
THEY FOLLOW PROCEDURE. IF ANYONE THOUGHT YOU NEEDED ANY SPECIFIC TESTS ...THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT. REMEMBER.....THEY HAVE A LICENSE AND WENT TO SCHOOL FOR 10 YEARS. so have a seat and grow up.

Horrible horrible horrible don't go to this place the nurse and the doctor have no knowledge of what they are doing. I even had the pharmacy call them to give them some knowledge more like educate them. I go to get better and take care of myself they were no help at all no X-rays no urine sample to make sure everything is good. Nothing was done. Then they want to be billing pt's taking there hard earned money while they do nothing but make you worst than you were. They are not in the best interest of the patient. So sad
