Was surprised the first time I went in, how they used the existing Amtrak station. You can get from the train platforms to the berths for the city and long-distance buses within 2 minutes if you're speedy, without ever leaving the building. Clean, spacious, and definitely needed to revamp the transportation hub. Loads of signs and TV screens with all the necessary info, as well.
