I've been renting here for 9 months or so. I like my apartment a lot. Landlord is nice and maintenance has responded quickly to issues. Public areas like the laundry room and hallways could be cleaner, but that's my only issue. Overall I'm quite happy.

The secretary is as friendly as can be, never has she been rude or disrespectful.
Kevin Knight and Knight Real Estate were very accommodating throughout my year-long stay in their apartments. Kevin got me into an apartment within just a couple days of arriving in Springfield for fall classes. The price for these apartments was cheaper than other places that I considered. Springfield itself can be a seedy area, but the location of the apartments on Sumner Ave is one of the better spots you can find. I had no issues during my time here. The only negative I have is that the only parking offered is on the street. If you return home late, you'll have to park around the block. Other than that, I had a great experience and would recommend these apartments to anyone moving to the Springfield area.
