Crack head city
I rode through this park the other day looking for a mobile home to buy. There were several nice homes for sale but the park leaves much to be desired. While a few yards/sites are kept up nicely, there are many that are not and seem to have not been maintained. Quite trashy looking, to be honest.

It's a shame because the location is great and convenient and there is not another mobile home park close by.
Frightening not for kids crime ridden and needs to clean up the druggies
The owners of the park should take more pride in their neighborhood and do something to make it more desirable.
I would have purchased one of the homes if the park was nicer.
