This place was under construction. But seriously this place up top was gross. The bathroom was a disaster and workers seemed uninterested when I arrived. Hopefully this gets remodeled because it's severely old.
As of 6/25/17, Union Station celebrated its grand reopening. The reviews reflect the old scaled down portion of the facility on Lyman St side in operation since 1994. Google should consider wiping the slate clean of these previous reviews which are no longer relevant to the revitalized facility.
The station is beautiful but I am very concerned about the longevity of how nice it looks. The floors in the center of the station look like they have a year of wear on them already full of thick dirt and scratches galore. The Dunkin Donuts floor does not get cleaned and looks even dirtier than the main floor. I hope someone in charge puts their foot down and tells Dunkin Donuts they have to clean the floor in their area and I hope the maintenance crew takes better care of the floors to preserve the beauty of the station.
After 47 years, Union Station has finally reopened. The facility is beautiful and a great addition to the downtown which is undergoing a renaissance.
Love the new station. Much more room. Thanks Congressman. Neal great job as always for Mass.

How are there reviews for a place that's not even in operation yet and hasn't been in almost 50 years? Union Station is under construction and expect completion is toward the end of 2016 to early 2017. If the theses reviews apply to the current Amtrak station, that's on the other side but as of right now an entirely separate facility.
They are still working the bugs out of this place,,But they will be ok,,UNION STATION is very nice,,Its a much needed up grade from the oldplace across the street
