We scheduled them 2 weeks ago to help us move in. They gladly took our credit card info. No one ever showed up. No one answered the phone. We were stuck in a strange city with a moving van full of heavy furniture we couldn't possibly move by ourselves. Thankfully, our new neighbors, just strangers to us, helped and even called other people over to help.
Moving days are probably always a little stressful but our experience with Sitterly went a long way towards reducing that. Elliot and his crew (Walter, Richard, and Jose) were on time, and finished ahead of schedule and under the estimate. They were extremely helpful not just in getting things on and off the truck but in moving furniture around once it was in to get it placed just where we wanted it. If you need a mover in the Pioneer Valley, I would definitely give Sitterly a call.

The 3 of them were very courteous and helpful, they jumped right into moving a very heavy item out of my basement and into my house... They had the equipment too handle the move and allowed them to do the move safely... They were also able to do the move with no damage to anything...
