Hubbard Park is a small field for soccer and baseball, has a water park, picnic area, and basketball court. It's hours are from dawn to dusk. Has good free parking. It also is the location of two pokémon go stops.
Simple and clean. Nice park to bring the kids or the dog too or even have an informal meeting outside the home as they do have picnic tables. Maybe meet dcf their to speak with a social worker. Maybe meet your outreach therapist at. Maybe meet the dude you bagged on plenty of fish there.
