Over the summer we had a new boiler and oil tank installed (a huge upgrade compared to our old system). The salespeople and office staff were all great to work with. The technicians were all very professional, knowledgeable, and also very cool people. They did a VERY thorough job with no details overlooked. Noonan also takes good care of their oil customers. Their oil prices may not be the lowest, but it's worth it for the service.
Spend $8,000 on furnace and call for cleaning and denied because I did not buy oil from them. Very disappointed. Would have been nice to know before I purchased.
On December 28th, our hot water tank gave out all over the cellar. Called Noonan and they had someone here within hours during a holiday week to assess the situation. They had their service manager here the following day to install a new one and even clean the furnace and change some valves. He was here most of the day and didn't stop working. I couldn't even get him to take a break for a cup of coffee. Excellent response time and diligent work. Fair payment terms on the newly installed tank. We are having them quote us an updated furnace now

Even better, the savings we realized through the energy audit made it possible for us to complete the install before cold weather arrived.
