Had weak water pressure for months and finally decided to call a plumber after some failed self help. Our appointment got changed twice but we were informed every time with plenty of notice. (that's why we did not give 5 starts). The plumber did an excellent job, changed two valves and replaced the faucet set in about 1 hour. He was clean and friendly and knew what he was doing. The repair was a little pricey bit we are glad we called. Should have done that long time ago. Go RotoRooter!
I am usually reluctant to call the larger brand companies for repairs like this but when we had a kitchen drain stoppage to end all stoppages one weekend Roto-Rooter was quick to answer the call. They set up a appointment window late that night and when Ron (#5592) arrived on time he went straight to work. It took him a couple of tries but he cleared it and gave some solid pointers on future prevention. Thank you!
