They have always done excellent work on auto body repairs, and they always focus on the customers needs versus the insurance companies desires.
We went in to get an estimate last week. We were promptly greeted, and had their estimator help us almost immediately. We explained that the reason for bringing the vehicle in was that it was a lease soon to be returned, and did not want to go through insurance. Upon quick review, he recommended not to have the repair done as it would be more expensive then what would likely be assessed upon lease return. Very refreshing to know that Rick's estimator really took the time to consider the situation, and had the integrity to advise not to push the service (sale). This speaks volumes about the character of Rick's and their staff, and left a great impression on us. This is business done right! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future.

The staff are awesome. So friendly as soon as you walk in the door. The insurance company was difficult to deal with and they worked with the insurance company to get all the damages taken care of. Matt thank you so much. Kept me in the loop giving me updates. When I picked up my car they told me they had good new and bad news. The bad new was my battery wouldn't keep a charge the good news was Mike (Thank you) put a battery in my car for free. How nice was that? And finally my car looks wonderful they did a great job.
