Im so grateful for caring health center. It was so quick and easy to sign up for my family's health insurance. My navigator was Noor, she was very considerate and helpful. Would recommend.
Waited 12 days for an EMERGENCY INHALER prescription to be filled. Called several times. Was sooo nice because I really needed and wanted it. This place is the opposite of caring in my experience; they were not only non-communicative but so incredibly negligent as well as unable to take responsibility of their own mistakes. Very disappointed and would certainly not recommend this place.
Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Do yourself a favor!
I am not very satisfied with the referral process for the doctor. The doctor was great but when he referred me to see other doctors it was never done and only after many repeated calls and threatening to fire the doctor and write him to tell him why, did I get some help from the manager of the referral department.
These people are totally incompetent! I wouldn't go back, even if I was dying. STAY AWAY.
I can't comprehend why this place would be a choice for anyone.
I never give reviews but my experience at this Center was remarkable! I had the worst pain in my tooth and thought I should go to ER thinking it would take too long for an appointment. I'm so happy I made the call as they were willing to see me as a walk-in! The staff and dentist are very busy but kind. I didn't have enough insurance to cover my services so they helped me out by enrolling me in a discount program. I really can't believe the care I received. I'm grateful for their willingness to work with me. I have routine appointments scheduled now and I will be back!
Rude receptionists. No-nothing billing staff. Sub-par providers. Unclean. No one answers the phone. They can't even put toilet paper in the bathrooms. Very ghetto and sad all around...you have been warned!
