Very friendly people working here didn't have to wait very long it was an in and out. Told me what was wrong and gave me a prescription. They even change the tv station to something else. It's more faster than wait at the doctor's office. I wold tell my family about medexpress. Wonderful people always clean.
I went for a severe burn on my hand. When we realized they didn't open until 8am, we waited in the parking lot. They then did not open on time. At 8:07am the doors got unlocked. We rushed into the lobby to the women at the front desk to say " I can't do anything for you. I dont have a provider and I have no idea when she'll be here." I asked if she could at least enter my information so the once the provider arrives, I'd be able to get taken back. Her response was " nope, I'm not allowed to do that." In the back desk were 2 other women that were very nonchalant and texting and laughing amongst themselves. There was no empathy whatsoever from these ladies. To work in a medical facility that in a sense is an alternative option than going to the emergency room, this was poor behavior to express to patients especially those in pain. Shame on this medical practice.
They submitted 4 claims with $275 each to Blue Cross Blue Shield. I didnt even know until I was billed $444 from BCBS. Never visit here again.
I have to say that I was sceptical about going here because of the reviews. I went anyway and I was seen fast and treated with respect and caring. The staff was processional and caring. I would definitely go again if needed.
